We know your Staff is busy enough, and that’s why we do everything to minimize needed involvement by your school.

Our innovative (and EXCLUSIVE) Net-Pricing program puts you in charge of what Parents will pay for photos. You can elect to lower prices to Parents or elect for higher commissions if fundraising is more important. We also provide 100% transparent accounting so you can be sure you’ve received every dollar of commission you’re entitled to.

School Services

Providing the photography services your school needs is the REAL reason we’re there, not just to sell pictures. PortraitEFX offers a full range of the products and services your School needs. This includes photo exports for all Yearbook brands & School Management Systems for Attendance, Food Service, Security & Media Centers. We also offer ID cards (with barcodes), Sticky Prints, and Child Safe-T Cards. Most are provided COMPLIMENTARY with our typical service packages.

Underclass (K–11) Photos

We offer a wide variety of portrait packages, Including a low-cost entry-level package that anyone can afford. Our packages were designed with the assistance of Parent Focus Groups to ensure they meet the needs of today’s active families. Plus, we offer an extensive collection of background styles.

Senior Portraits

The Senior year deserves a memorable Senior portrait! We offer traditional and contemporary styles and natural outdoor settings. Depending on enrollment, we can even waive all session fees. Best of all, we bring our mobile studios to your school for Seniors and their Parents’ ultimate convenience.

Scholastic Sports

Your Athletic Director, Coaches, and Players will LOVE us! Our VIRTUAL photography process takes far less time than traditional sports photos, with the added benefit that we can operate rain or shine. We also upgrade photography styles for the more active student-athletes.

Groups & Organizations

We will assist your Yearbook staff with any large-group photography needs such as the All-School Panorama, Senior Class Photo, Marching Band, or the JROTC program. Large groups require special lenses and lighting, and an experienced photographer to do it right the first time. (Slide Show)

Special Events

We’ll be happy to cover Graduations, the Homecoming Dance, Jr-Sr Prom, or other special occasions. Our unique online scheduling system virtually eliminates any waiting lines for photos. Of course, we’ll supply your yearbook with copies to include in the publication, where applicable.
